1.) Take the Ahara Health Survey - Provides foundational health information for your personal nutrition algorithm
2.) Select a core health focus - Heart, Brain, Metabolic, Aging, Immune Health or Fitness (coming soon)
3.) Choose the FREE Basic membership level and receive a Personalized Nutrition Report, food and recommended supplement plan
4.) Choose the paid Preferred or Premium membership levels and also get the Ahara At-Home genetic and nutrient tests (recommended), and a 1:1 consultation with a nutritionist
